Luscious Lou tackles the Texas Burrito
Sounds like a WWF title bout or a title bout for 2 heavy weight boxers, and it probably could be, you make the decision folks. San Antonio was graced with the appearance of Lucious Lou and his entourage. Because of hurricane Gustaf, the infamous Lou came to San Antonio. I actually think he could have taken on Gustaf in 4 rounds and sent Gustaf packing, but that's another story. I might add that along with Luscious Lou's family came a lot of seafood. That's right, redfish, crab, shrimp, trout, you get the picture. Now, Luscious Lou's father "Melvin" was gracious enough to leave some with old Marc and Mark J. and, I thank you very much. As a matter of fact I grilled my redfish since my father wanted to eat some fish. It was great!!!! But this story is not about the redfish, it's about Lucious man handling the Texas burrito.
We took Lucious Lou and his family to Henry's Puffy Tacos which is a very well known Mexican Restaurant here in town. As we sat down I could see ole Luscious sizing up the place and psyching himself up for the first round. Ding! The first round has come with an order of chips and salsa which was devoured in historic record time. Johnson was sitting next to him cheering him on and getting him ready for the next round. Ding.....Round 2 and it finds Luscious Lou with a Texas Burrito. Here are the stats on the burrito. It has one gigantic flour tortilla, with about a pound of beef fajitas, covered with lettuce, tomatoes, smothered with sour cream, and a Dr. Pepper to wash it down. As round two starts Luscious Lou gazes at his opponent and gives it one of those "I'm gonna eat you alive" looks. He grabs it with one of his massive hands and tries to get a grip on it. The burrito tries to quarter away and do a sneak attack and that's when ole Lou grabs it with a death grip as he deploys the other hand. It's almost like he planned it that way just to see what it was made of. Luscious then starts to eat away and that's when it's all over for the burrito. Check out this pic taken by our ringside seat photographer, (Frances) as the battle raged. It's captures Luscious in action. Believe me folks this was an easy round for Lou. It looked like a front end loader diggin on the beach.
Now don't be fooled by the size of Luscious. I'm here to tell you the guy can move like a cheetah. During round 3 the burrito tried another move on luscious and as you can see by the picture, not even the high speed camera that Frances was using could get a clear picture. He was in hyper speed as he man handled the Texas Burrito.
I don't know if it was the adrenaline shooting through his veins like nitrous shooting through the engine on a race car on race day, but I'm here to tell you the guy can move. He was like a blur as he manhandled the burrito as you can see.
When it was all over with the Texas Burrito was nowhere to be found. Didn't even say goodbye!! As Johnson tried to get his composure after what he had just witnessed, Luscious Lou came up for fresh air, and said "what's for dessert"?
